Special Degree Options PATHWAY TO MASTER OF MANAGEMENT AMPD and the Schulich School of Business offer the opportunity for prospective students to apply to enter a BA, BFA or BDes program in AMPD, and at the same time receive pre-admission to the Master of Management Program in the Schulich School of Business. Throughout the duration of the undergraduate degree, students in the Pathway to the Master of Management Program participate in engaging master classes and events that help them prepare for the graduate program and define and shape their career goals and interests. HONOURS MINORS AMPD offers Minor programs in: Computational Arts and Technology Dance Film Music* Theatre Production* Theatre Studies Visual Art – Art History Visual Art – Studio* *Supplementary Evaluation required Minor programs may be combined with most Honours BFA and BA programs in AMPD, or with any Honours program that offers a major/minor option in the Lassonde School of Engineering or the Faculties of Environmental Studies, Health, Liberal Arts and Professional Studies and Science. BA HONOURS MINOR IN ARTS, MEDIA, PERFORMANCE & DESIGN This flexible, interdisciplinary Minor in AMPD offers students the opportunity to participate in a wide array of artistic disciplines that complement or enhance their studies, tailored to their individual interests and goals. Students can take courses across AMPD's departments, and focus on a minimum of two AMPD programs outside of their major. CROSS-DISCIPLINARY CERTIFICATE IN PUBLIC HISTORY The Cross-Disciplinary Certificate in Public History provides students with an introduction to the theory, methods, and practice of work in historical, heritage, and cultural institutions, and a critical understanding of the production and presentation of historical knowledge for public audiences. York undergraduate students may earn the Certificate in Public History concurrent with fulfillment of the requirements for a bachelor's degree.
