Change Readiness Assessment •A Change Readiness Assessment was undertaken as part of Phase 1 PRASE. The approach included: • One-on-one interviews completed with 51 members of the community between November 22, 2010 and January 26, 2010 (Steering Committee, Deans, work stream leads, Faculty Executive Officers (FEOs) • Questions focusing on capability for change and identification of areas where the focus of change activity should take place • Interviewees also completed a Change Readiness Questionnaire with 21 questions with answers based on a rating scale of 1-10 • Broader considerations of York’s organizational context (e.g. background documentation and information provided by York University) were also considered as part of the assessment • C0mplete Change Readiness Assessment results are available in a separate document entitled York University PRASE Initiative Change Readiness Assessment (February, 2011) PwC 11/03/2011 54
